Condo renovations present a unique set of constraints: building management approvals, limited freight elevator windows, noise hour restrictions, and no-penetration rules on certain floor and ceiling assemblies. TAV Remodeling has completed condo projects throughout Washington DC — in buildings from Dupont Circle to Navy Yard — and understands how to plan around these requirements without delays or surprise costs. Every project here ran on a fixed-price contract.

The work shown spans studio and one-bedroom updates through full three-bedroom gut renovations. Common scopes include open-concept kitchen conversions, full bathroom overhauls, flooring replacements, and complete interior refreshes coordinated with building management from permit to final inspection. Many of these clients were living out of town during construction — the daily photo updates and project manager communication kept them informed at every stage.
